This is an international hotel. The room was very big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel is not far from the sea and has easy access to many attractions. The hotel looks very cool and I am looking forward to my next stay now.

My girlfriend and I had such a good time here for one night. It is very close to the beach with a breath-taking view and we enjoyed the breakfirst served here. I really enjoyed jogging as it is right next to the running path.

A great stay, the hotel is very clean, the corridor hall and restaurant are very tidy, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively new, so the experience is very good, the waiter is also very enthusiastic, and the child is provided with mosquito repellent bracelets and toys. Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)

It's very clean and very cost-effective. It also provides large bottles of water and small drinks, which is very considerate. The location is also very good. It is very close to Yantai Station and Chaoyang Street. It is very convenient to travel.

The hotel is good, the equipment is complete, clean and hygienic. The room is also big and you can see the beach, which is quite good. The straight line is1.6 kilometers away from the Golden Beach, 20 minutes on foot, and it is suitable to walk around after dinner at night. Have a good time.

I booked a family room with my parents for one day. After checking in, I was very satisfied and immediately extended my stay for another day. The room facilities and services are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed with my parents in the past ten days, regardless of the guest rooms and meals. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door to ask if we wanted to clean the room. They only asked after we left the room. In the afternoon, the hotel room The manager and housekeeper Li Jingyuhua also brought snacks, drinks and souvenirs to politely ask about our stay experience and suggestions. After learning that the two elderly people had just returned from sightseeing, they carefully waited outside the door when we were out. A foot bath bucket and foot bath bag are placed. If we hadn't made arrangements in advance to go to the next stop, we would have extended our stay. The two elderly people and I are very satisfied with this hotel. It is a four-star hotel with five-star service👍. I would like to thank Sister Yan of the restaurant again for her attentive service and introduction to the two elderly people.

My wife and I am from Changzhou and needed a break at the seaside so we decided to book this hotel from 27 July-31 July.We booked a room with a seaview. What we absolutely LOVE: The service and friendly staff, not only the reception staff but even those working at the entrance ,in the lobby. I have to single out one gentleman , I forgot his name , ( see photo 1) wh was extremely helpful and patient. Coming from Changzhou we had to upload the Shandong province health code and we had difficulty getting the health code. This gentleman patiently helped me and my wife to fill in the required info and access our healthcodes for Shandong. He can speak good english and is a real asset for the hotel. 2. Our Room with a view over the beach and the ocean. We had a spacious seaview room , with a bathtub which we LOVED. 3 . The location was perfect, and in close proximity to attractions like the Wine museum. 4. The food was delicious and the meals well prepared. We really liked the beefburgers, which was delicious as well as the dinner buffet outside on our first evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Recommendations for improvement: Ordering room service : When I ordered room service , the lady taking my order could not understand some of the dishes /drinks I ordered( like ginger beer) and poached eggs.However, she send the manager on duty to our room to take our order personally. Thanks! A second time when I ordered room service again , it was also not understood well. When I ordered fresh coffee, the coffee was cold. Maybe next time the coffee could be poured last, just before it gets taken up to the room. Overall, we had a LOVELY stay. Thank you very much.

I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. There are Internet celebrity restaurants around. It's very close to the seaside, but it's a short distance from the beach. It's about ten minutes' walk. It's very pleasant to go out for a walk after dinner at night. Thanks to Ms. Lu from the hotel for her service. I was very pleasantly surprised. The level of caring made us feel warm.
