優點:裝修風格不錯，房間寬敞，公區寬
缺點:在前台辦理入住的時候，前台在打遊戲，貴酒店在這個區域還是不錯的，如果想要提升可以做一些轉變
房間衞生差，毛髮，五金件損壞，隔音效果不好
房間升級可以像智能化轉變，增加隔音，傢俱智能化，電視翻新，電動窗簾等，地毯更新，前台做好服務，增加早餐等，ota上面至少能提30+金額

他家在當地已經算是差不多的酒店了，年限也很長了，所以裏面的設施都挺老舊，衞生環境一般，房間裏有異味，隔音效果一般，價格還行，周邊挺熱鬧，吃飯什麼的都還能找到

酒店年頭有些長了，前台幾個年輕人哆哆嗦嗦，酒店位置有些偏僻，吃飯得多走幾步路，小地方的酒店還湊合住吧。
