酒店停車方便，還有早餐可以吃。一家老小住得挺好的，周圍是七都廣場，吃飯比較近，還有超市哪些。值得居住的酒店。

停車場很大，停車方便。旁邊就是小商圈，購物吃喝方便。房間雖然有點舊，但乾淨整潔。
早餐豐富，米線好吃，還有水果，牛奶，豆漿。

房間設施齊全，衞生狀況比較好。環境不錯，周邊有吃飯的地方，工作人員服務態度好，酒店有比較大的停車場，可以免費停車。早餐水平一般。

自駕遊雲南，開車累了，路過硯山休息一晚，網上看了這家酒店，打着煙草賓館的牌子，確實前台很像國企員工，姿態有點高，不過看在價格便宜，也不要求太多，但是，要按金100塊錢，房間並沒有任何消費品，衹有一個一拖三的手機充電線，網上購買不會超過五塊錢，床單破的，沙發墊臟的，早上退房還要站在前台了等待查房完了對講機裏確認， 才能退按金，這都2025年了，我一路過來住了十幾個賓館，比這個豪華的都沒有要按金，現在平台訂房都是實名註冊的，不用擔心這點事吧，格局小了點，各位住不住自己看吧，圖便宜可以住。
