整體服務很好，開發票退房後下午也開了。房間整體還可以，有個連着外面的露台，這個露台是連着餐廳露台的（本次沒用上，硯山晚上沒太陽很冷，白天衹有出太陽才會温度驟升）。這房間最大的問題是空調的設定，訂的是316元最好的房間單裏面的空調是下出下回，出風口和迴風口很近而且都在房間正中，房間又很大，導致衹有中間小塊區域有暖風感覺其他地方依然冷。還有個不足之處是房間外面緊鄰着該層的公共廁所稍微有點不適，但確實也沒味道。整體服務可以，走時候還送了水。早餐不錯，服務好，整體可以但不建議訂最好的房型

相當意外非常棒的酒店，前台小哥哥非常温柔熱情，餐廳的姐姐也很熱情，我很少評價，但是尚客例外，房間很乾凈衞生，餐廳品種也很棒，因為這個酒店愛上這座城市，酒店下面吃的很多

以往住過尚客優酒店很多次，總體感覺一般。但是這家酒店是真的好。有洗衣房，可以洗衣並且還可以烘乾。前天美女妹妹不但美麗，而且温暖和善，非常專業。服務很好。

自駕遊幾年，一直信任尚客優品，衞生乾淨整潔舒適，房間大，床品舒適，用品齊全，尤其有一次性馬桶墊，酒店位置優越，周邊有硯山夜市，樓下是大商場，停車在商場地下停車場，非常方便。

從地理位置來説，在縣中心，下面就是購物廣場，非常的方便。從設施設備來説，酒店有地下停車場，提供早餐，早餐還行，房間裏有智能音箱，使用起來很方便。從衞生方面來説，挺乾淨的。從性價比來説，也算是比較高的。
