設施：整體設施特別老化。空調老沒關係，但是噪音很大卡拉卡拉的。配備的純凈水是一個老舊飲水機上面放的飲水桶，而不是瓶裝水。衞生間也是，門窗也破舊。訂的房間臨過道有窗，用小簾擋住了，但是，一查看窗户是關不好的，鎖窗的那個是壞的，並且關不嚴，感覺很不安全。
衞生：挺差勁的，地毯上特別臟，還有煙灰，床品翻看的時候，上面有兩根頭髮，枕套也有些灰黑的臟，也許是沒洗乾淨。不清楚是不是真的按標準打掃了！|
環境：整體環境較老，位置方便。
服務：當時的兩位前台女士服務很好，也細心。
綜上，當時並沒有退房，因為趕了一天路到了是半夜十二點多了，反正也沒法換衣服睡，就將就眯了下。總之，同等價位不會在考慮這個品牌酒店。
