I chose this hotel the night before I returned to Beijing from Yanji. It is one of the old hotels in Yanji, very close to the airport, and there are many delicious foods around. The room is very clean, but the facilities are a bit old, everything else is ok.

Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

It is an old star hotel with many photos of leaders staying there. It has a superior location, convenient parking, and a rich and delicious breakfast. But the service awareness is weak. I understand that undertaking various conferences and activities is an important business of the hotel, but it cannot affect the experience of ordinary guests. It was more than six o'clock when we arrived. I wanted to rest before going to eat, but I was told that the previous conference activities had just checked out and there were no rooms. Let's go to eat first. Well, I understand that, which led to me paying more parking fees during the negotiation period. But what I don't understand is the hotel's attitude as it should be. There was no greeting and no compensation measures. This way of handling has a great impact on the customer experience. The bathroom in the room should have been renovated. The original bathtub was removed, and there was no shower room. There was no ground water stop. The space was extremely small, and the shower curtain was not changed. It was short. It would stick to the body when taking a bath. The location of the towel rack had serious safety hazards. I hit my head or hands many times. After taking a bath, the bathroom was full of water. I was speechless and perfunctory. I suggest that the hotel leaders also come to experience it once.

The hotel stay experience is very good, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the facilities are complete and comfortable! The room is very spacious and bright, the equipment and facilities are new, clean and tidy, and comfortable and pleasant! The manager at the front desk, Liu Jiayu, looks very kind and helps answer any questions. She is very patient. Looking at the handsome guy's face, I will stay here next time I come to play.

Good location as it is situated just next to the 西市产 and very near to 人民公园 which have so much activities at night. Plenty of food eateries around and the taxi stand is just outside the hotel. Very convenient to go to train station which cost around 20-22 Yuen very modern hotel and smart , clean ,and friendly.

This hotel is located walking distance to lots of stores and eating places. The price is very reasonable for what they provide. My room was small, but perfect for one person or a couple. Everything was neat and tidy. The hotel has a washing machine on the first floor that guests are free to use at no charge. A Chinese stye buffet breakfast is available which is very adequate to start your day. Staff was somewhat reserved but helpful. Some had English as well which was appreciated. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.
