環境：民宿附近就有飯店、加油站、便利店，距離大學城也很近，地理位置很不錯
服務：客服小姐姐很熱心、人超級好，為我們來延吉旅遊體驗感上大分！

小姐姐人還怪好的，我當時跟她説半夜才能到，小姐姐直接説沒有關係。有什麼不懂得直接問她。還給了我她的備用手機號碼。態度真的特別好。
設施：設備特別齊全，
衞生：乾淨整潔，很温馨，打開門就能聞到香味
屋子照片沒拍是因為當時到了特別晚，進屋洗完澡直接睡了，醒了又着急去別的地方打卡

1. 森淼花園實際上是路邊的一棟高層老破小板樓，隔音及私隱保護效果為零。白天就很吵，下午被小孩子哭聲吵醒，凌晨3點又被**聲和***和搖床聲音吵醒，然後周圍住客大聲聊天都聽的一清二楚，整晚幾乎沒睡着。
2. 房間熱水器老舊，出水很小，洗澡很不舒服。
3. 衞生細節打掃的不是很乾凈。牆角抽油煙機沙發都沒打掃乾淨。衣櫃裏有很多閑置布草和雜物，衣櫃一打開有股奇怪的味道。入住期間陽台上還晾曬了沒有乾的被罩。櫥櫃裏也是很多雜物。
4. 不配礦泉水，按金100，房內很多例如漁網襪等奇怪的收費項目。
