I came to Yanji for a May Day trip. I placed an order on the platform on April 23. When I saw that there was only one ordinary double bed room left, I quickly booked it. But we drove more than 600 kilometers to the local area and found that there was only one bed in the room and nothing else. They cheated tourists just to make money? Since the cancellation time had passed, we negotiated with the merchant to check out early and refund the room fee for the second day (240 per night). I took the room fee for the first day as a lesson, but the merchant's attitude was very bad. He said it had nothing to do with him and said he would not refund anything. I wanted to say that if this was all my responsibility, if I knew that your room was in this situation before I came, I would not ask you for a penny. As a merchant, don't you want to take responsibility? Just cheating and cheating people? Why didn't you tell me when I called you? Friends who come to Yanji for tourism must take a good look at the reviews on Dianping.com. His family is really bad. Whether it is facilities, hygiene, environment or service, if you can mark the situation of your room and let customers know the characteristics of the room type, isn't it good? But then again, aren't these all your obligations as a merchant? To be honest, the other merchants we met in Yanji are very good, enthusiastic and kind, but like your family, it really tarnishes the city of Yanji!
