This is the first time I am speechless to write a review for a hotel. This is the most uncomfortable Hilton I have ever stayed in. You get services of varying value for the price of the hotel, but I really don’t think this Hilton is worthy of the price for the May Day holiday. On the first day [two people checked in, and only one bath towel was given]. During the day, the auntie went out to clean the room and it was okay to open the window, but why can’t your hotel [have a screen window]? A [bug 🪰] as big as two fingers almost flew onto my face, and then! The air conditioning control panel in this hotel room is useless, and the air conditioning does not cool the room at 27 degrees. The front desk told me that the hotel air conditioning is constant temperature and controlled by the air conditioner. I had to endure a 27-degree room for one night. Takeaways cannot be delivered to the floor, there is no laundry room, and the bathroom has no ventilation. It is truly the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. The only bright spot is that the service attitude of the staff is excellent, enthusiastic and polite.
