The location of the hotel is not very convenient.
The environment was decent, and the room was relatively clean. However, there was an issue with the laundry service. A notice in the laundry room stated that hotel staff could deliver washed clothes to the room, but the front desk staff said this service was not available.
This inconsistency in communication was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise okay stay. Clearer service policies would improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel is new and nice. It's very close to the high-speed rail station, but a little far from the city, but you can get there in ten minutes by taxi. In the off-season, there are fewer people and it’s quite quiet. Recommended! Extended my stay.
