We received a free upgrade. Room is clean, bed and pillow are very comfy. Helpdesk is extremely helpful, they even help me to contact the hotel that i’m going to stay, added their WeChat as well as mine just to ensure I can safely reach the location.

The location of the hotel is very good. Just across the street is the West Market, and it's only more than ten minutes away from the floating market. The front desk staff is very warm and thoughtful, and they are always responsive! The hotel even provides midnight snacks of porridge and small buns!
