При заселении никого не было на ресепшен сначала звонили из приложения потом спустились в магазин и попросили чтоб они позвонили администратору. В номере было очень холодно, шнур от кондиционера был закрыт на замок в пластиковой коробке. В номере из удобств чайник, фен, на постели простынь с подогревом, спали в одежде, селиться не советую если у вас нет цели съэкономить
