The difference is that you can see the swimming pool by opening the balcony. The hotel's own swimming pool. This room is not very big but it is more comfortable than the first one. The only dissatisfaction is that the sink is too small and too small. Even if you brush your teeth and wash your face, it’s too small to wash your clothes. If you book this room, you can still live. The hotel was in a perfect location right in the middle of everything in Fethiye's old town - shops, restaurants, bars, and a 2 minute walk to the promenade. The rooms were well appointed, modern and lovely. Comfortable beds, A/C worked very well and great shower pressure. We had booked a Triple room for our family of 4, and they gave us an additional room at a nominal cost, which was so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Other reviews complained of the noise of loud music from the nearby bars and clubs, but this did not bother us at all. In fact, the windows were quite well sound proofed. Now for the downside - We were here for 2 nights. The day we checked in was fine. The next day we were out all day doing the 7 Island Boat tour. We got back in the evening and the room was dirty. Even though the house-keeping team had been to our room, sheets were dumped in a bunch on our suitcase, bed undone, floors and surfaces completely unclean in the room and the bathroom. There was a stained quilt (kept in the cupboard before we checked in) and it was unchanged. It was very disappointing. You want to come back to a clean room after a long tiring day! On complaining, the manager on duty was very apologetic and said he would take it up, but could not have our room cleaned as the Housekeeping staff was only at the hotel in the mornings, and we would have checked out by then. Cleanliness is high up on my checklist of absolute non-negotiables in a hotel. I hope this hotel pulls up their socks with the cleanliness aspect, and would have the potential to be a super hotel.

arrived home this morning,sadly,from the most fantastic holiday to fethiye.So glad booked these apartments,were absolutely fantastic.The apartment itself was very up to date and modern, great facilities,washing machine,fridge and ceramic hob,,massive balcony,we loved for coffee and smoking,very quiet at night for sleeping,and the beds were so so comfortable,Turkish breakfast included,was great.The location was fab,once we sussed out the dolmus,only few minutes walk both ways from apartments.Apartments also fab location for eating out,100s of places nearby for food,very convienient too dolmus takes straight to a few beaches,fabulous and centrum.These apartments,also ow The Duck Pond restaurant,in Paspeteur,where we ate most nights,food was delicious,made to feel very welcome all the time,great cowd of hard working staff,and finally would like to say thank you to all the staff at Sunrise City Residence,are absolutely fantastic,especially Savas and Filiz,who were extremely helpful ,giving us advice re transport etc,and all at city sunrise,very friendly,a credit to the company,Will definately be booking again,cant wait to return from Arlene and Linda from Scotland

Stayed for three nights. I really like the Bohemian style decoration. It is very clean and the service is very good. It is difficult to park there, but they helped me park directly. They also helped me call a taxi to the bus station. I can always find the front desk if I need any help. Finally, I want to praise their breakfast. The two male staff in the restaurant are very enthusiastic. They greeted me friendly every morning and recommended food and coffee. It was really nice! By the way, I really like their cat. It is naughty and cute and I want to steal it! The price-performance ratio is quite high in that area. At least I bought the service and enthusiasm

Marina Bay Gocek is a very good place to stay if you are in Göcek! The location is really close to centre, stunning views right from my room. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the room was comfortable. Also the delicious breakfast served each morning was one of the best. I left feeling refreshed and happy from this place!

It is a family business and starting from the arrival you're a part of the family. They are doing their best to let you feel you're at home and at the same time you have the comfort of a hotel with superb service. They welcome any feedback at any time, if you want/need something, you can let them know without any hesitation and they're there to help you. We have a baby and the kitchen was open for our baby all the time. I also liked how they've designed the facilities. There are several gazebos built over a small stream of water where you can have your food and chat. The location was good, very close to the beach so whenever you wanted to swim, it was only a 5-minute walk to the sea, which is again one of the best around. Thank you so much, guys! Please be there next year so we know there is a place for us for another great holiday.

This is a 4 star hotel near the Dolmush stop. Unlike other hotels in Ölüdeniz, which have plain rectangular pools, the pool here is circular, so you can turn it around like a track, and it's big and pretty just by looking at it. The food and drinks at the restaurant and bar next to the pool were all delicious. The staff were all great, and the hotel restaurant breakfast and dinner were both delicious. I was surprised to see so many British people. Anyway, this is a hotel that I definitely want to go back to next time.

We were guests at The Residence for Two weeks at the end of May We are regular guests to Antalya in The Regnum Maxx Royal Cullinan Rixos etc so high calibre hotels This hotel’s ambiance service and vibes bettered all the above We were totally blown away with the welcome given on arrival the service kindness and genuine care that your stay was of a high standard Everyone from cleaners gardeners waiters and managers, welcome service and attitude was outstanding We stayed in block 46 with views out to sea thru the wooded area this block receives sun all day and is extremely quiet The room has a jacuzzi style bath (salts and oils included) Power shower iron ironing board hairdryer and straighteners Bottles of branded sprits and a fridge full of soft drinks There are snacks and chocolate replaced daily too Pillow menu and pillow spray! The room is nothing short of immaculate with turn down service included too There is a swim up bar a pool bar and a beach bar Service round the pool is constant from friendly Emily staff who simply can not do enough for you The resort seems to be mainly English guests and the standard of spoken English by all staff is amazing Food is served daily in the main resturant which is all Al a carte you will want for nothing Cuphea is a nice lunch time area also Al a carte) bookable but free in evenings) You can book free The Al a cartes next door too There are 3 Turkish Italian and Chinese Payable steak and fish Balkon has a fabulous Turkish breakfast spread in a gorgeous setting In the lounge there are chocolates ice cream and cakes ☺️ After frequently visiting the top hotels in Antalya with double if not more price tag I can highly recommend The Residance It maybe considerably smaller but service facilities and overall feeling of complete tranquility is second to none I could go on and on .. but dint think twice about booking Enjoy 🤩

Lovely hostel located in the heart of Fethiye, surrounded by markets, eateries, attractions and close to the marina. It is quite basic, yet clean and cosy. Each bed has its on privacy curtain, reading light and charging socket. Individual lockers are also provided, however you meed to bring your own lock or rent from the desk. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you are a guest, they will allow you to store your baggage with them (at your own risk). If breakfast is included, it is typical Turkish breakfast at the restaurant opposite the hostel. WIFI is available, sufficient enough for messaging and checking social media. Only stayed one night, but would gladly stay again.
