I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We travelled as a group of 16 people, and not one of us had a clean room throughout the entire stay. Housekeeping was non-existent — no fresh towels, no toilet paper, and no cleaning done. We raised this repeatedly with reception and holiday reps, and nothing was resolved. The room doors were taped together when we arrived (I’ve attached timestamped photos from the day we left — the tape was still there), and the hotel claimed this was explained and agreed. It wasn’t. Nobody offered to move us, and no action was taken. There were shards of broken glass next to the beds — not because we broke anything, but because the rooms were never cleaned. The hotel then tried to accuse us of putting the glass there, which is honestly insulting. We booked an all-inclusive package, but there were no drinks available, including alcohol, for most of our stay. There was no clear communication, no solution, and no apology. We paid for a service and didn’t receive it. Even the entertainment staff had no idea what was happening each day — there was no schedule, no organisation, and everything felt like it was being made up as they went along. If you’re travelling with kids, don’t expect any consistency. The children’s buffet never had any food brought out to it. This hotel does not reflect the images or the 4-star rating it advertises. The lack of cleanliness, disorganisation, poor communication, and shocking customer service made the whole experience extremely stressful and disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs. It completely ruined what should have been a special holiday.
