酒店設施陳舊，停車場在地下，要上到三樓然後走到廊橋上去，還要爬幾個樓梯才能到大堂，電梯也是壞的，衹有走上去，行李多的朋友請謹慎選擇。

酒店房間在一座橋上、 衞生極差 洗漱用品 都是那種最廉價的、 樓下全部是商鋪、早上8點各種影響喇叭 放着 根本睡不着 。房間不隔音

國慶長假出遊路過沿河縣在攜程上收到這家店，環境很好酒店在橋上可以看江，值得一提的是酒店配備有一次性浴巾和毛巾細節做得很到位，提供有早歺這點有待提升，總的來説還是很滿意。

視野好，這是唯一的優點。其他各種都不好，浴巾是那種很薄的一次性用品，無法擦乾！電視機無法開啟，前台還理直氣壯的告知，卻沒有任何補償。拖鞋老化，吸水。上一任房主拖鞋裡麪的水漬踩的滿屋子都是。牙刷也是最便宜的那種，洗髮液和沐浴乳漏到地上一灘！

服務態度特別差，自己設施問題讓顧客承擔，前一天入住的時候已經很晚，發現馬桶扭蓋鬆了，安上去沒管，後面被強制賠錢，真的服氣，外環境還可以，裏面設施很舊，主要是心黑，以後再也不會去了
