從開始入住開錯房間，裏面還有人休息，還好是個男的，如果是女的怎麼辦？去前台換房卡就推銷項目，那些妹兒雖是熱情，但前台是小白應該是沒經過培訓，房間設施怎麼樣不説，入住進去沒有熱水直到第二天，燒水壺裡麪臟的起鍋巴，馬桶還有一坨黃的，酒店裡麪還有KTV，是二十四小時不停業嗎，早上五六點被吵醒，一直沒有睡着，到退房開發票也開不出來，我沒有説啥，等兩天把發票給我了，發的圖片，我要郵箱 第一次發錯格式，我給她説還有點不耐煩，圖片下載是一樣的，我不是怕文件過期了在麻煩你們，多得不説了，你網上那些點評怎麼説的還是好好看一下，就你們這樣下去店都被你們經營死

這次的入住真的是終身難忘，因為酒店的垃圾裝修導致我在衞生間頸椎受傷，這下馬上過年了，我還得每天去醫院扎針灸理療，酒店方面帶我去做了個ct買了瓶雲南白葯還是算比較有良心的，沒殘廢就是萬幸

第一酒店能讓你深入其境的感受KTV氣氛，樓下就是ktv，KTV沒有做任何隔音，躺在床上的時候不禁感歎，彷彿一下深處KTV聽見身邊人的高歌一下深處在睡夢中，感受似夢非夢的奇妙情景。第二酒店能讓你深知環保的不易，酒店為了讓你杜絕開車，為環保做貢獻，所以沒有免費停車，沒有免費停車，督促大家為環保貢獻出自己的一份力，減少碳排放，因為綠水青山就是金山銀山，為自己的子孫後代留下一片美好的環境。第三酒店能讓你感受到珍惜水資源，因為從我出生到現在住過的酒店每一家都提供了免費的瓶裝水（對以前住過的酒店提出嚴厲批評）這家酒店為了讓大家明白珍惜水資源，所以不提供任何免費的水，所有瓶裝水都是付費的。酒店老闆為了讓大家樹立節約水資源的觀念真的是良苦用心。第四關於酒店設計也是良苦用心，能讓你感受到八九十年代的招待所感覺，因為酒店擯棄了衞生間乾濕分離這一糟粕的東西，同時為了環保也不提供一次性拖鞋。綜合所述，感歎該酒店老闆做出的不易，應該在全酒店行業推廣，在酒店行業樹立了多面大旗，成為酒店行業的標桿！

入住的時候房間還在裝修，於是出現裏面還有人的情況。房間沒有門栓，看電視的時候，由於未能聽到敲門聲，工作人員直接開門進入。之後幾天一直是用椅子底門的。入住的房間沒有沒有座機，聯繫不上前台。也沒有水，需要自己下樓拿。被單上有沒有洗下來的油漬。
