打算住4晚，出發前一天，酒店工作人員就打電話來確認需求，貼心又周到，一下就給旅途開了個好頭。到酒店那天是上午10點，本以為得等一會兒才能入住，沒想到馬上就安排好了房間，完全沒有等待的煩惱，直接就能開啟輕鬆愜意的度假模式。 走進房間，第一感覺就是乾淨整潔，細節之處盡顯用心，洗手間做了乾濕分離，用起來特別方便，還配備了電動馬桶，舒適度直接拉滿。床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，晚上睡覺別提多舒服了，每天都能睡個好覺，養足精神繼續遊玩。 酒店裡燒開水用的是即熱式飲水機，這個設計真的太戳我了！以往住酒店，對燒水壺的衞生狀況總是有點擔憂，這下好了，即熱式飲水機不僅方便快捷，還完美避開了衞生隱患，隨時隨地都能喝上乾淨放心的熱水。 入住期間，每天房間裏的消耗品都補充得很及時，完全不用擔心會不夠用。要是點外賣，酒店的機器人還會直接送到房間門口，科技感滿滿，給生活增添了不少樂趣。 早餐是套餐形式，種類豐富得讓人挑花眼。有熱氣騰騰的餛飩、鮮香可口的陽春麪，還有三丁包、菜肉包，搭配上酸甜的酸奶，一頓早餐吃得超滿足，開啟活力滿滿的一天。 酒店一樓大堂還提供免費的咖啡和茶水，逛累了回到酒店，來大堂坐一坐，喝上一杯熱飲，瞬間就能驅散疲憊。而且酒店地理位置絕佳，離各個景點都很近，打車十來塊錢就能到，出行超方便。 這次的酒店體驗真的無可挑剔，無論是服務還是設施，都讓人特別滿意。下次出遊，我肯定還會選擇這家酒店，也強烈推薦給大家，相信你們來了也會愛上！

I brought my family here. The front desk staff were very attentive and the breakfast was very good. The hotel bed was much more comfortable than the hotels I had slept in before. The room was also equipped with smart curtains and a smart toilet. The bathroom was really big. There are also children's slippers in the room, which is so thoughtful. The most important thing is the hot spring entrance, which is really great. My kids and wife love it. The surrounding environment is also very good. My son is clamoring to come back next time if it is better.

Elegant and quiet, very suitable for parent-child leisure. Service: Super good. Amiable, warm and welcoming. Intimate and warm. I received enthusiastic care and service while staying in the hotel. The lobby manager Wang Chao, the front desk Xiao Li and the housekeeper Yunyue, the room cleaning waiter, and the waiter who delivered water on both nights were very good, five-star praise. Actively recommend to friends. The breakfast is also very rich and super good. I took a lot of pictures and pictures of small animals in the hotel, all in the camera. Location is the big plus.  Within the compound there's hot spring baths, historical sites, multiple restaurants (some needing 2 weeks advance reservation).  The only downside, which can't usually be avoided in China's locally managed hotels, is that the habits of people using rest rooms / importance of toilet paper refill is different from what some foreigners are used to. Still, overall I'll give it 4.6 stars given the variety and historical significance of some of the sites within the compound.

Stayed here for two nights, the location of the hotel is good, not far from the south gate of the Slender West Lake, just a few minutes walk. The room was quite spacious, but there was no window, and the living was a bit airtight and a bit stuffy, especially at night. The sound insulation is not very good, and the squeaking of the residents next door can be heard at night. The shower head in the bathroom is not very good, the water volume is a bit small, and it is a bit hard to take a shower and wash your head.

We were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12. We recommend this hotel to every one they are wonderful
