However, there are two issues that I hope the hotel will pay attention to and improve. First, the air inlet of the air conditioner in the room is not hygienic (Picture 10). The hair dryer on the dressing table is an Oaks simple type. The wind power is too small and is not suitable for people with long hair. Friendly, this hair dryer is misplaced in a double bed room. Second, I was a little surprised by the hotel's breakfast. The Ramada Hotel's breakfast was all simplified Chinese style. There was no breakfast service from the moment you entered the hall. There was only one waiter in the restaurant and the drinks were only juice. This left me speechless, at least. Milk, coffee, and bread should be there! I hope the hotel management will pay attention to the breakfast. A good wine is not suitable for the room and breakfast. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. I hope that I will be satisfied with the food next time.

I asked the service staff to clean it up. They responded promptly and solved it quickly. In addition, they thoughtfully gave our room a radiator. The small garbage that can be seen everywhere in public areas is a huge challenge to the sanitary environment of five-star hotels. I hope that this can be taken seriously!
