The resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

The hotel is right next to the Grand Canal Theater. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the hotel after watching a play. There is also Jinghua City nearby for shopping, which is very convenient! The hotel service attitude is very good, and they also helped me upgrade to a lake view room for free. The view is very good! There is welcome fruit and yogurt afternoon tea! The environment and service are good, and it is also close to Yangzhou Station. It is worth recommending!

The decoration is very new, clean and tidy. Because I came to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, the hotel specially sent energy packs, fruits and drinks. The front desk and room service are very good, and I feel at home. I will choose Changqing again when I come to Yangzhou in the future.

The road is being built at the entrance of the hotel, but it is not close to the main road and is quiet. Facilities, services, catering, etc. are all very good. The room is very large. The decoration is exquisite and tasteful. The room types are all named after the verses of the Spring River flower moon night. Especially behind the desk is a bookshelf, put several Yangzhou history, allusions, calligraphy and painting, food-related books. It rained that morning and didn't go out. I turned over a small half of the ”Yangzhou History”. I felt very interesting. I haven't had this kind of hand-to-hand meaning for a long time. I have to leave at noon, so I didn't look at it anymore. I have some meanings. I hope to stay here again next time and finish reading the book.

The location is very good, the travel is very convenient, go to the Slender West Lake across the road, the front desk staff is also very good, introduce Yangzhou travel guide, let me take a lot of detours. The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it. The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer. When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.
