床實在是難受，床墊都是踏了的，空調不能跳，窗户打開固定不了手鬆了就關了，洗漱用具是我見過的最差的，連一次性的都談不上，總之除了位置很好外別的啥也不是。

酒店離瘦西湖景區非常近。很方便。租個小電驢就可以跑很多地方。酒店和沐足店在同一樓，但整體感覺還是比較合適。

優點：
①地下停車場免費停車
②離瘦西湖很緊，步行5分鐘
③樓下有好幾家餐廳，味道不錯，價格也還行

缺點：
①不提供早餐
②整個空間黑黢黢的，一點也不亮堂
③房間的窗户另一棟房子的牆，視線非常受阻

讓人生氣的點：
①入住時沒有拖鞋，打電話讓送的，服務員一時疏忽沒放拖鞋能理解。
②酒店衹提供2瓶336毫升的礦泉水（大部分酒店都是500毫升的水），晚上讓前台多給兩瓶水，前台説每天衹提供2瓶，沒有額外贈送。不悦，以往住酒店，不管什麼價位的，要水幾乎沒有拒絕的。
③第二天出去玩，晚上回到房間，垃圾沒倒，床沒鋪，洗手間毛巾堆一片，一整天居然沒人打掃衞生。問前台他們説怕打擾顧客，然後安排兩個阿姨來收拾、補給。其實就是把垃圾和臟毛巾收走，補了水和洗漱用品。離大譜，沒見過不打擾衞生的酒店和民宿。就算怕打擾顧客、怕損壞貴重物品，那入住的時候，是不是要交代是否需要清理房間，如果不主動要求打掃，那酒店默認就是不用打掃。凡事事前講清楚，我也能理解。
④服務沒看見多少，房間倒是赫然立着一個損壞物品照價賠償的價目表，這是對顧客有多大的敵意？你一進來，他就把你當成一個破壞者了。沒見過房間立賠償價目表的酒店，第一次見，開眼了。
⑤前台接待的幾位男士完全可以換成機器人，他們沒有作為接待人員的熱情和服務。

其他：酒店就是經濟型連鎖酒店的硬件設施，五一期間的售價是550多一晚，也不便宜。

酒店裝修不錯，房間是足浴中心改建的，住店客人足浴可以打8折。酒店出去了200米就是來揚州不可錯過的富春茶社。

非常非常差勁，定的10.1到10.3。一進去就看到浴室地板有煙頭，晚上睡覺的時候發現被套上有黑色墨汁，還有一點點血跡，打掃衞生不用心，被套我估計都沒換過吧，噁心死了，千萬別住啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊！！！！！！
