Ibis Hotel (Yangzhou Wanda Plaza)

The hotel service is very good, parking is very convenient, and there are locations underground and above ground. The hotel is also very close to the Grand Canal Museum Wanda Plaza. It is recommended.

This is my first time to give a negative review. The hygiene and facilities are a bit unbearable. There is a smell in the corridor, like the smell of feet in a public bathroom💩. The TV cannot be turned on. Only the uncle who repairs the TV can provide good service. At the beginning, I asked if I could get a complimentary breakfast if I gave a good review. If not, then it’s not possible. The continuous promotion made me become a silver member of Huazhu Club (😓). When I stayed at another Ibis on Hanjiang Middle Road before, the room was not only cleaner than this one , the service is so good.

The worst hotel I have booked in Huazhu Club. The hotel looks like it has been renovated. The floor is low, the lights are dim, and the room is small. The decoration quality is like a rental house. The bathroom is a simple plastic shower room. The price is during the Chinese New Year. It’s not cheap, and the location is quite convenient, but the quality of this room is so poor, please be careful to avoid it.

1. We were supposed to check out at two o'clock at noon, but after twelve o'clock, an aunt came and kept knocking on the door, yelling at the door that we would not check out. Then we opened the door and said it was two o'clock, and wanted to show her the time on the order, but she said she would not read it. She didn't look, it was asked by the front desk, and it was none of her business. The service attitude is very poor. The front desk couldn't figure out what time to check out and asked the aunt to come up to the aisle and yell. Wouldn't it affect other guests? 2. I arrived at 11pm when it was raining and was told that the laundry room could not be used. So wouldn’t the guests staying in the hotel do their laundry at night? 3. The entire corridor room smells musty and musty, not just on rainy days. Are hotels all over the world like this on rainy days? 4. The style of the bathroom is very similar to the bathroom on the high-speed rail. It is small and crowded. This room was said to have been upgraded for us. I would not dare to think about it without the upgrade.

前台服務熱情 房間乾淨衞生，停車也很方便有地下地上停車場，入住期間很滿意，還贈送了小飲料，旁邊飯店的蛋炒飯也很不錯，周邊吃的也很多，推薦入住。

房間挺好，就是燈壞了，酒店也不統一檢查，導致房間非常暗，然後就是面積偏小，這個是硬傷，不過希望改進裝修佈局，增加視覺面積。 順便説一句，我住5樓，打掃衞生姐姐很熱情，態度很好。
