假期的揚州酒店都漲價很多，而且很多都在市區，車也不好停，最後選了這家酒店，整體比老城區的酒店新很多，而且停車方便，也很安靜。揚州不大，所以適合自駕，酒店開去景點也就二十幾分鍾，還可以路過運河。
晚上入住酒店，門口的服務人員看到客人拿的箱子會主動幫忙提箱子，前台也很親切，給升級了房間，因為忘了用攜程權益送早餐，還給貼心的送了早餐！早餐也比較豐富，中餐比較多，也有大煮乾絲，包子，現煮的麪和小餛飩，不想一大早起來去網紅早茶店排隊的可以在這裏慢慢吃個簡易早茶！
美中不足的是煎蛋不是現煎的，是提前煎好的，可能是用來配麪條吃的。🥹
有需求酒店服務人員都能快速響應！

比較失望
環境：離着各景點都有距離
衞生：如吐，房間🈶️蟲子，桌子底下有蜘蛛網🕸️，房間桌子上很臟擦不掉。地上鋪的地毯也不太乾淨。
設施：衞生間比較小、簡單。沒有浴缸，淋浴打開噪音非常大。晚上開關都關掉也不知道哪來的噪音比較響，確定是房間裏的。 早餐口味很一般，品種也少。
服務：沒用到什麼服務不請假
總體不滿意，不會再來。

這次入住金帆實屬意外，沒有想到揚州有如此物美價廉的酒店，我最喜歡的是兩點：一是客房的裝修風格，每個細節都非常細緻，處處感覺高雅舒適，比如説這裏衞生間的小夜燈非常人性化等等紙短不容細説，很多事情衹能住下來慢慢品味……我這個人有潔癖，但是在這裏沒有讓我感覺有任何的不自在：二是這裏的早餐給我留下深刻印象，豐盛美味，視覺、味覺的享受，第一次讓我在這裏吃撐了。我們約定為了這個酒店每年繼續相約揚州，入住金帆！

枕頭和被子是臭的，睡了一晚就過敏了，早餐吃的特別差，沒吃完就有人過來收拾盤子，就像要把人趕走一樣，在拌海帶裏竟然吃出指甲蓋大的石頭，真是無語了，又貴又差，要不是會議安排的真是不能住，也不知道哪來的5星

訂房走網上，抵達後店家主動幫忙升級房型，迎賓和送上電梯的服務都很到位，後來燒水煮茶發現瓶裝礦泉水不夠，前台立馬免費送上來2瓶，還問夠不夠？很暖心，點贊

初次來揚州，看了許多網評選了這家，出人意料的好，首先前台的小帥哥非常感謝，跟我們安排了清凈的房間，酒店的早餐和當地的早茶品種出入不大，該有的都有了，房間乾淨寬敞，性價比非常好
