房間挺乾淨，標房的床也挺大的，還送了歡迎水果和網紅本地酸奶，小小孩還另外配了一套洗漱用品挺周到的，六樓有小童玩的，孩子們一進去就不肯出來，唯一覺得不好的體驗就是電梯不用刷卡哪一層都能去，私密性安全性不是很高，還有電梯裏都是乘客的時候，工作人員就不要擠進來了，還硬塞進來，好像是在一個個房間做檢查，三四個人，旁邊有這麼多電梯，為什麼一定要和客人擠在一起，還有就是酒店的中餐廳，服務員説是第一天上班，我搜了wifi問她密碼直接回説沒有wifi，端個菜把我們分酒器裏的酒撒了一半，沒有一句道歉，這就是有低消包房的服務嗎？有點大跌眼鏡！

酒店 设施还可以，智能卫浴、机器人送外卖、裝修也比較新，中央空調新风系統低音效果不錯，能保持房间无味道，有欢迎水果，停车场方便！早餐尚可，揚州早茶简易版的都有了，五一期间小朋友比較多一点，酒店內的中餐厅＂新扬记＂有特色一點的早茶，需自費，我們到店吃了晚餐，味道不错，就是服务的水平啊很一般，男服务生喜欢沾着女服务员屁股后面转着聊天，光送菜不換碟，青春期的小孩也正常，房間內打扫比較干净，酒店的席梦思對我们年纪大的不太友好，早上起床腰有點酸，建议酒店重视客人体验感！另外建议的就是酒店的管理要提高啊，一个五星级酒店的服务比不上华座会的花間堂的服务，说出去会被人笑话的！
