The best hotel in the city for me, the reception and the staff are very nice, and the hotel is in very good condition, and the gurg is cleaned regularly every time in the morning.

Inside is much better than outside. It says Slender Lake but is not near the lake. Overall it was a decent and clean place to stay.

We booked this hotel for the location. On our arrival, the woman receptionist brought me around to her computer and told me to plug in my information to register at the hotel. Being a foreigner and not comfortable with the language should have been obvious. Yet she watched me as I chucked in random data to fill the fields. Once completed we found the room on our own. My parents asked for tea and the first receptionist refused to help. Later on, a younger receptionist helped and provided us tea. We felt uncomfortable with the initial staff and the hotel itself was just okay.

I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in total and were very satisfied with my stay. Every one working there was friendly and helpful.The free breakfast was good too. There were fry rice, noodles, eggs, corns, sweet potatoes, different kinds of buns, milk, the cook also prepared fresh Chinese style vegetables every morning. I
would stay there again when I go to Yangzhou.
