酒店所有的服務人員，從前台、迎賓到停車管理員都非常熱情禮貌，非常有服務意識，給人留下深刻印象。房間面積不大，衞生條件很好，床品很舒服。早餐種類豐富，味道挺好，早餐廳還提供不限量的楊大酸奶。五一旺季，停車位略緊張，不過每次也都給找到了位置。酒店位置很好 ，距離古運河兩三百米隨時能去溜達，距離何園和何園門口的美食街500米左右（步行8-10分鐘很快），距離皮市街1千米，距離東關街也不算遠。揚州市區有共享電動車，騎起來溜達挺方便。走時酒店還給孩子送了小禮物。可惜忘了拍房間照片，總體是個寶藏酒店了，有機會來揚州還會住的。

環境：酒店大廳環境很高端，裝修很漂亮是我喜歡的類型
服務：服務是更沒想到的好，還沒進門就外保師傅就幫忙拿行李.大廳門口還有心心小姐姐熱情招呼拿水跟我們閑聊，很是愉快把我們一家人逗的很開心。前台姓李的經理辦理入住很快。這家酒店還有小姐姐給我們送上樓更是第一次見！超值五星好評🤙🤙🤙

來揚州的好心情一多半因為定了這家酒店，酒店服務設施很用心，不管是餐廳還是前台還是門口保安都熱情迎接，餐廳的午餐也特別好吃，雞湯鮮美喝了滿滿一大碗還不夠，公共區域也很舒適，可以拍照打卡，晚上回去還送了水果，房間還配備的耳塞，這對於我這種沒有耳塞無法睡覺的人來説簡直滿滿的感動，滿分10分給20分，看得出來酒店的用心，讓我們體會到揚州人民的熱情

房間晚上挺安靜的，床的軟硬適中，猶如家的感覺，前台服務很熱情專業。在大堂坐了一會，前台看到茶水涼了換了好幾次，真的不錯，有求必應早餐也非常好吃[色]。總體評價五星🌟

工作人員超級熱情，簡直是服務的天花板了。當天晚上十一點多到的酒店，剛停好車就跑出來三個工作人員又是問候又是幫忙提行李，還耐心給講解旅遊景點。每次出門姓尤的小哥都會打招呼，把這座城市的印象風直網上拉。房間乾乾淨淨，如果不是節假日來平常的價格應該算性價比挺高的，下次來揚州還會選擇的酒店。

房間不大，有點緊湊，設施一般吧。服務是真的很貼心，很到位，大大的贊👍！離景區也很近，尤其是離何園很近，旁邊就是京杭大運河，離揚州獅子樓名吃也很近。沿着門前的道路一直走就到皮市街。酒店旁邊就是花園茶樓，早茶很贊，不過要起早去排位。酒店車位很充足。

比較可惜的是大部分設施稍顯陳舊，對於酒店來講基本算是到了該裝修的年限了
