住過最垃圾的全季，沒有之一，車庫全是土，還沒有電梯直達酒店大堂，要自己提着行李箱吭哧吭哧上去，房間設施老化，給人一種臟兮兮的感覺，門鎖還是壞掉不知道多少次，用這個鐵鏈子拉上的老式門鎖，出差已經很累了，住到這樣的酒店，真是倒黴，打工人請避雷

爸爸媽媽蘇揚州旅行，我特意預訂了全季酒店，每次都會選全季是因為安心，放心，乾淨整潔，最重要的是所有的員工服務都超級貼心和耐心。這是給老年人的最大幫助，升級房間，幫忙定車，幫忙拿行李，送小禮物，幫忙做旅遊攻略，甚至幫助跨市區預訂另一個全季酒店……作為子女無法陪伴他們旅行，但是全季酒店的服務人員卻能做到了比子女更專業、更貼心、更細心的幫助。爸媽説以後出門就住在全季酒店，因為安心，省心。真心酒店各位工作人員。

非常好的一次體驗，入住當天前台小姐姐給我升級了商務房，酒店有免費停車場，適合自駕的朋友出行，對面有五彩城和京華城，一條街上也有好多飯店。非常方便。出門旅遊我都是訂的全季酒店。乾淨又衞生，下次來還是訂這家。
