優點：停車方便免費，吃飯購物都很方便，屋子裡空間不小，熱水也很充足
缺點：沒有電梯！！隔音非常差（大晚上12點一幫沒有公德心的還在屋裡玩麻將鬼哭狼嚎）馬路上聲音也很明顯，一聲鳴笛嚇一跳，吵得睡不着覺！屋內煙味重！
