第一停車不方便 一個酒店連停車場都沒有還要我們自己去付費停車，其次第二天退房有會員顯示兩點退房，前台打了三次電話過來，第一次十二點退房你不清楚我有會員我告知你了就可以了，沒過多久第二個電話又來了説要我們把會員給她看我們説離店給，第三次電話又打來了，又説要我們把會員給她，前台這麼垃圾嗎？都不培訓嗎？離店的時候會員給她看了 我問前台我説你們前台酒店系統難到查不到會員訊息嗎？前台生硬的直接説查不到，我想請問住你家酒店你家自己會員都查不到你開了幹嘛？真是搞笑，入住的時候房間衞生也差，給的房間淋浴間玻璃上全是污漬洗手池沒有梳子，換了第二個房間上一個客人用的浴缸套還在房間裏 真是無語炸了 房間裏小度吧還是壞的

環境一點都不好，衞生間的門透明的，早晨透陽光，屋裡太亮了，沒有遮擋，門也是透縫隙的，從門裡能看見門外，設施也比較老，桌子都是壞的，下次不會來了，離景點也比較遠，

不得不説真的是在揚州最滿意的一次住房體驗，因為地上有一點垃圾，給我免費升級了房型，有什麼問題都是上來面對面交流，房間很乾凈，設施也很好，地理位置也好，前台也很有耐心，不得不説真的很滿意，還送了我伴手禮，真的很用心了，而且房間最重要的是真的很好看！！

環境和衞生一般，隔音不是很好，最讓人無語，最讓人霧燥的是沒有停車場，入住前問前台説有停車場讓我們直接停，退房的時候跟我們説停車場是自費的，一晚上收了40的停車費，直接一塌糊塗，再也不會住這家酒店了，太差了！就很離譜！！！！！

前台很熱情，各方面都不錯。地理位置也很好。唯一不足就是停車。
停完不動，40，酒店可以報銷。
半當中如果用車，停車費超過40，衹有自己承擔。

怎麼説呢，地理位置確實很好，門口就是共享電瓶車和四望亭怡園，去哪裡玩都非常方便，對面就是綵衣街，出行是相當的方便，揚州的景點都很近嘛，但是隔音有點差，我們是尊享大床房不靠馬路的，怡園飯店的聲音就很吵，三四點鐘就有聲音，走廊走路房間也有聲音，毛巾啥的反正我們帶的都是一次性的，他這裏的毛巾邊邊毛毛的看着就不大乾淨，另外不要指望前台能幫你做啥，基本上就要自己弄，反正也就晚上睡覺，就沒計較太多了，和之前住過的民宿比服務態度要差一點。

首先第一印象，門面的招牌都掉光了 就很不好的感覺
第二 前台的工作人員態度也不好
第三 實際房間跟展示的圖片不一致 展示的圖片是有間隔的 房間實際衹有一塊有味道的窗簾
第四 第二天起來才發現放毛巾的位置都發黴了，好臟 窗簾也是好多點點
