房間一般，設備有些老舊，沒有服務前台。服務確實有點差，在外出差這麼多年也是頭回遇到，退房後要求開票，等了三天都開不出來，而且入住前還電話諮詢過開票一事，微信上諮詢一拖再拖，懷疑酒店管理有偷税漏税的嫌疑，酒店管理者言而無信，毫無誠信可言，故此類酒店／名宿不予推薦。

不是新開酒店，掛着新開業。下水道很臭，房間的床單都是毛不乾淨。聯繫老闆沒房不給換，換床單半個小時在旁邊乾等。服務態度非常不友好，床睡的是蠻舒服。

訂的房型與實際不符，還不讓開空調，怕我們開把空調遙控器收走了，給個電暖風還説衹能開一檔，各種理由，話裏話外説我訂的便宜，如果怎麼怎麼的可以加錢。真是太影響揚州的形象了。很小一間屋子，不建議住。差評。

首先不是酒店！是公寓樓，可能是租了單間！放了酒店配套設施！標着35平方的房間，實際20左右吧！裏面很不乾淨！像是半年沒人住過一樣，發現問題後，房主態度，售後服務，非常不友好！説什麼不乾淨可以通知阿姨來打掃，這種廢話！我到房間已經晚上十點了，我租房間是休息睡覺的，不是來幫你找問題，看你打掃的，晚上準備洗澡🛀開了一分鐘，就是冷水，差點凍感冒，放倆瓶純凈水，一看日期，才發現，已經快一年了？我中獎了？最後來一句，氣我？你不喜歡可以不住，我靠我走了很久，累的想睡覺，我出門在外！我忍了？我不希望其他人上當

被子睡了之後過敏，隔音也不好，早上五點就被吵醒了，如果是有考試居住需求的不建議訂，不能好好休息，實際環境和照片差別也是比較大的，但是老闆人還挺好
