The hotel service is very good. Sister Chen at the front desk is warm and patient. The room facilities are complete, the environment is clean and tidy, and fruits are delivered every day. There are also multi-functional charging cables, which is a very humane service. Especially the hotel is opposite the East Gate of Slender West Lake, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Guanyin Mountain and Daming Temple near the hotel. Hotel is in excellent location, next to 瘦西湖。room is spacious and very clean. Staffs are very helpful. Guest relations officer 焦雨鑫 upgraded our room after our concern about the room location. Plan to come back with our next trip.

I particularly recommend this hotel to have a strong sense of design, fashion, smartness, cleanliness and hygiene. Xiaodu intelligent control throughout the house. What’s even more surprising is that the hotel is equipped with a Dyson hair dryer so you don’t have to bring your own next time. I really like all the thoughtful little details. I want to say that the most touching thing is that this time it was my child’s birthday. After communicating with the hotel, the hotel decorated the room in a very fashionable way😍 and specially prepared a small birthday cake for the child🍰Creating a big surprise for the child😍In short I like it very much😍Thank you very much. I will stay at the Novotel hotel in the future. By the way, the breakfast is also very rich. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was large and clean, the service was very good, they also helped with the luggage, and it was convenient to go downstairs for breakfast. Grace Fu Liting, the guest relations director, was warm and thoughtful. She asked a lot of questions and answered them patiently and in detail. She also thoughtfully prepared Yangzhou specialty cowhide candy and fruit.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from our room was beautiful and the bathtub was excellent. The buffet was very nice as well. Isabelle at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Wide variety for breakfast. Location is walking distance to DongGuan Street. Services is excellent. Note: Traffic can be bad during peak hours. Journey to train station is ＜30mins. Strongly advise to leave hotel at least 1.5hrs in advance. We missed the train 😪 as the didi was stuck in traffic for ＞30mins. Hote manager was very nice, activated the staff to drive us but still not able to catch the train. Anyway, thanks to them for been so thoughtful, going extra miles to help

The hotel is located in a corner of Hongqiaofang, with many restaurants nearby, especially close to Yangzhou Guest House, which is within walking distance. The hotel lobby, spiral staircase, and waterscape courtyard have a strong sense of design, with trendy points, and are particularly eye-catching. The guest rooms are not large, but they are full of technology, with fully automatic smart toilets and Xiaodu voice-controlled butlers, providing all-round services for guests. The massage pool in the courtyard can be filled with hot springs every day. I drink tea and soak in hot springs, and live like a fairy. The warm and thoughtful service of the hotel waiters satisfied us.

There is a bus No. 20 from Yangzhou East to the hotel, the fare is 2 yuan, door to door! The ride takes about 40 minutes, which is very worthwhile! (You can get a Yangzhou bus card from zfb, you have to recharge before you can swipe the card, and the recharge amount is optional.) The location is excellent. The hotel is in the city center, opposite Yechun and Fuchun, and you can walk to Dongguan Street and Wenchang Pavilion. The room is very good, the small refrigerator is free, and the shower gel is divided into day and night use... The sanitary facilities are very new and clean. The bath water is not very big, but it is still comfortable. Alcohol disinfection cotton pads are provided. The view outside the window is good, and there is free freshly ground coffee and various teas in the lobby~ The exhaust fan and light in the bathroom are on the same switch. If it is turned off at night, there will be smoke backflow. The hotel front desk gave an air purifier very well, but it still doesn’t work... Just don’t turn off the exhaust switch. The rooftop is quite magical! I booked the hotel because of the rooftop, but... it was not turned on on the first day, and the lights were not turned on on the second night. I was shocked... With such a unique rooftop, shouldn't we have afternoon tea or something? The hotel has a lot of breakfast options, 7:00-10:00. It costs 58/person alone, and if it is included in the room rate, it is equivalent to an extra 30+, which is very worthwhile! There are souvenirs when you check out! The service is really considerate and responsive!

The hotel has good service and good breakfast with so many options to choose from. The staff was also nice and managed to assist me with check-in as I arrived at the hotel too early. I'd definitely visit this hotel again in the future.
