First time stay at Novotel.The Room size is not every big but just nice . Location is very convenient, 10 min to city.Staffs of the hotel are very very friendly and helpful. Laundry Auntie helped me remove stains on white shirt.They will help to carry luggage and open car doors and will bow to you . Highly recommended

We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from our room was beautiful and the bathtub was excellent. The buffet was very nice as well. Isabelle at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us. Special thanks to Emma and her team who have looked after us very well, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to Dongguan Street. It is within walking distance to Geyuan. There are many snacks in the surrounding restaurants. It is also very convenient to go to Pishi Street and Slender West Lake. We booked a suite. The room was large and clean. It was very comfortable. The attitude of the staff in the store was Super nice, very kind service, very attentive and meticulous. I even gave a paper cut as a souvenir when I checked out. It was a very happy stay experience.
