It was a very satisfying accommodation experience. The reception the day before yesterday was warm and enthusiastic. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress and pillow were particularly comfortable. The service aunt was polite and enthusiastic. She kindly helped to push the door and carry the luggage. She also kindly gave a few bottles of hot water when I left the store. I was so touched!

When traveling, Atour is the first choice. As soon as I entered the door, the staff greeted me warmly and handed me a cup of hot tea. Check-in was very fast and the room was upgraded for free. The room was much larger than the original reservation. The soundproofing effect of the room was also very good. The hotel has free self-service laundry and dryers, which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the front desk was too annoying. The first time I booked Atour in Trip.com , I told me that I could not use the breakfast coupon when I checked in. There was no need to be so cold. Later, I accidentally didn't hang up the phone in the room. I remembered it in the middle of the night. When I called for two bottles of water, I kindly reminded us to hang up the phone. I asked who was the order. We didn't mean it. Compared to the front desk attitude the next day, it was much better. I have lived in Atour several times and have always been the best choice in my heart. This is the most disappointing one.

It was my first time staying at Qingju Hotel (P1). The hotel was very avant-garde. Some of us who were a little older didn't know how to use the equipment. The front desk attendant, Miss Green Bean, was enthusiastic, patient and meticulous, and taught us step by step until we learned and were satisfied! The front desk also provided guests with warm mineral water (P2). The service attitude was very good! We felt it as soon as we arrived in Yangzhou. Yangzhou is not only beautiful, but also has beautiful people! The hotel is located in the city center, and the transportation to various attractions is very convenient. You can see the scenery outside the window while lying on the bed (P3). I will come again next time!
