Nice hotel, above my expectations especially the service and overall staff’s attitude, very professional and willing to help in any situation. The rooms are getting a bit dated but still ok, only two bad notes: 1) room windows are completely without any kind of soundproof therefore the outside sounds are quite strong and the room can get noisy, 2) the “gym” is mainly a bunch of old gym tools and machines put together in a corner of a floor, quite old, used out and in same case dangerous (rust, unstable….).

酒店位置挺好的，靠近三橋，前台服務非常好，幫忙升級了房間。靠近吾悦廣場，出門走兩三分鐘就到了，房間乾淨整潔，空調效果也很不錯。早餐特別的豐富，很有當地特色。

第一次衝著金陵品牌入住的，大廳比較氣派。進到房間有點失望。洗臉池陳舊，梳粧鏡燈直閃，吹風機90年代的。房間一不小心你就會掉到消費消費坑裡，全是收費的東西。嚴重與這個品牌不符。

我們元旦三天住9012房間，元月一號退房，有一個無線網卡忘記拿了，在牆上開關插座上，在下午3.25分，我們去尋找，打掃服務員説沒有，在我們認真的情況下，好長時間，看不拿出來不行的狀況，説忘記了，是有這個東西，我放在自己的車上。
如此高檔品牌酒店，管理這麼混亂，讓人覺得很失望。客人遺落的物品應該第一時間送達到前台，然後，由前台及時聯繫客人，這才是管理的核心！服務宗旨！希望貴酒店嚴肅處理此事，總結教訓和投訴，舉一反三進行員工培訓教育和職業道德素質的培養。
