作為攜程黑磚極少寫差評
前一晚在河下古鎮住的柏曼服務非常好 所以揚中也選了柏曼 結果是天壤之別… 服務員態度之強硬 不容住客有任何意見 句句反駁 突然意識到 柏曼可能是加盟性質的
1.老公結石發作身體不適 在房間睡覺 問前台再要一張房卡 避免回房時打擾到他休息 前台反覆強調每間房衹有一張卡 沒有第二張 我們説有個病人啊 還是不同意 我們態度逐漸強硬 服務員才勉勉強強給了一張白卡 還反覆強調明天要還兩張卡才能退房…住了幾十年酒店 第一次為了一張房卡溝通這麼久
2.給早餐券反覆確認人數，我們很奇怪的問系統裏不是已經入過身份證了嗎？服務員説 和你們確認一下有問題嗎？ 我們説問題是，四張早餐券要一遍又一遍確認嗎？她還反問：我服務態度不好嗎？
本人再一次書面回答你：非常不好！
如果沒有服務意識，就不要做服務工作。如果你是老闆，學學其他柏曼，不要砸了這個牌子。
兩個78歲的長者 安排在一間坐完電梯還要走樓梯 走完一條長通道 右轉再走一條長通道的盡頭的尾房 明明有這麼多空房間……

房間衹能説一般，馬桶就在淋浴房裡麪，洗澡的空間除了馬桶，就剛好可以站一個人，睡醒一大早五點多窗外就不停的有雞鳴聲，吵得睡不着，有早餐券，還要過馬路對面兩個小吃店用餐。ps:還有最重要一點，下來退房等電梯耽誤了幾分鐘，超時5分鐘，加收了我30塊錢超時費，真的很無語。總的體驗感很差。
