IRIS (1st floor) Advantages 1. Just cross the crosswalk to Jeongam Beach (within 1 minute). Convenience stores and cafes nearby. Seorak Beach, where there is a lot of surfing, is also a 5-minute drive away. 2. Odor management is well done (no unpleasant smells such as toilets) 3. Spacious space (good for groups or children to run around. Two bathrooms, two sofas, two beds, two sinks) 4. Bedding linens are well maintained and crispy. disadvantage 1. The eye level is low, so it's an ocean view, but it's hard to see the sea comfortably because it's covered by cars parked in the parking lot right in front of it, and it's covered by cars passing by every second on the main street (the view isn't great). It is a road with many cars. 2 I can't open the windows because of the noise from cars passing by (noise). 3. In the evening, the barbecue right next to the front door is very noisy (noise). continues until 11 o'clock. 4. Whether the boss manages all the rooms by himself, there are problems with the equipment in the room and the service is severely poor.
