All rooms have a terrace on the ocean side, so the view is the best. The building and furniture are very old, but the bedding and cleaning are in excellent condition. Older lodging facilities often have dirty windows, even if they have ocean views, but Benikea Yangyang's windows were clean and even the crevices of the window frames were clean, which was somewhat surprising. First of all, I am really satisfied with the friendly front desk, and the location is right in front of Jeongam Beach, so that part is also appropriate.
However, the outdated facilities, poor temperature control, and most of all... the noise from the second floor are a bit disappointing.
Still, the service aspect is good! I think this would be fantastic if you're booking accommodation in a hurry as a family.
