제가 무인체크인을 처음 써봐서 그런지 뭔가 소통하기가 어려웠던 점, 생각보다 대응이 따뜻하진 않았지만 필요한 정보를 잘 주신점에서 서비스는 4점을 드렸습니다. 기타 방상태는 정말 깨끗하고 넓고 모던했어요.. 앞에 공사중이긴 하지만 그래도 앞뒤로바다와 산이 보여 저는 하루 쉬기에 만족했습니다. 앞에 나가면 바로 낙산해변이라 그것도 좋고 버스정류장이 5-7분 거리에 있는데 양양버스터미널, 유명 빵집 등 차가 없어도 크게 불편을 못느낄 정도로 잘 이용했습니다. 위치랑 방이 저는 좋았습니다.

신축호텔이라 그런지 낄끔합니다. 근데 새건물 냄새가 나서 예민한 분들은 힘들 수 있을 것 같아요
잘 갖춰져 있는데 화장실 샤워시 물 튀기는 부분 등 불편함 점도 있습니다
낙산 해수욕장 가깝고 가성비는 좋습니다!

전반적으로 좋았는데
헤어드라이어 찾기 쉬운곳이나 보이게 해주면 좋겠고
처음 이라 자동차등록을 안해서 어려움을 겪었다
또한 건물이름이 다른이름으로 돼있어 찾는데 어려웠다

새건물이라서 시설은 깨끗했어요. 낙산해변이 바로 앞이였고 낙산사도 엄청 가까웠어요.뷰가 공사장이 보여서 좀 실망이였지만 전체적으로 좋았습니다.

낙산해변 바로 앞에 위치해 있어 힐링되는 느낌이었어요. 출장으로 와서 많이 즐기지 못해 너무 아쉬웠는데 다음에는 휴가차 올 예정입니다.
