낙산해수욕장 바로앞이고,,일단 바다앞이고 바로앞에 편의점이며 치킨집에 코인노래방까지 딸생일여행으로 너무 좋았습니다~
시설도 너무 깨끗해서 가족모두 대만족이에요^^
아이들이 좋아해서 좋네요~

두번은 안갈것 같은 호텔이네요..
체크인하는데 시간 너무 오래걸리고, 직원들 친절도도 별로..
방상태는 청결헀으나, 주말 성수기 가격 20만원대 주고 가기는? 그냥 그러네요..
수영장도 생각보다 크지 않아서 물반 사람반이었어요..
평일에 저가로 간다면 추천하나 주말 성수기엔 피하시길..

저는 낙산에 살고있는 사람으로 공사과정까지 지켜 봤습니다
마침 서울에서 친구들이 온다기에 망설임 없이 결정하고 예약했습니다
모든것이 만족스러웠으나 4인실에도 불구하고 퀸침대2개 놓은것에 좀 갑갑함을 느꼈습니다
다음에도 지인들이 온다면 그랑베이로 예약하고 싶습니다

시작부터 셀프 체크인이 원활하지 않음.
결국 프론트행(카톡으로 객실키가 안와서…)
들어가서 짐풀고 화장실 이용하려는데 문이 잘 안열려서 연락했고 잠시 후 전화오더니 시설팀 방문해서 봐도 되냐함 알겠다하고 기다림.
바로 올줄알았는데 그렇지 않았고 이도저도 못하고 기다림.
보더니 방을 체인지해야 할수있다고 또 프론트에서 또 연락이 갈거라함. 또 기다림…연락오더니 첨에 셀프체크인이 안된방으로 다시 가라함…후…풀었던짐에 애들까지 챙겨서 옮겨야 하는데 처음에 셀프체크인이 안되어 못들어간 옆옆방으로 해준다며 말하는데 해주는게 아니라 당연히 사과하고 도움이 필요하냐 정도는 해야하는거 아닌가? 뭐 싼가격에 이용하니 참고써라 느낌의 태도에 불쾌^^
침대아래에 청소까지 잘 안되어있어서 정점을 찍음.
신축의 이점과 바다 바로앞인거 빼고는 추천 못함.
개인적으로 숙소 어지간한 숙소는 다 만족하는데 처음으로
직원 대처에 다신 가고싶지 않은 숙소가 됨.
아 그리고 엘베이용도 쉽지않음. 이상입니다.

뷰는 너무 좋은데 화장실 하수구에서 무슨 오물 냄새가 너무....심합니다 정말..너무 심해서 계속 바디워시 샴푸 향나는거 넣고 버블 냈는데 일시적으로 그러고 십분뒤에 다시 숨 참아야될 정도...딱 사람 설사 냄새입니다...객실은 좋숩니다!!
