Location is okay but the room is super small.
Need to pay extra to get toothpaste & toothbrush. Swimming pool is not for free, elevator is a disaster.

Seems like a new hotel & very clean - room include balcony with sea view😍
Location was great too!
However, when its busy you'll have to join the queue for lift - which will takes awhile.
Only 4 lifts for all guest to use.
Other than that, our stay were great.

Good: Very spacious room with great view and a balcony! Bathroom had a rain shower. Walkable to Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion which has great night view. Bus opposite hotel goes directly to Seoraksan. Walking distance to Intercity Bus Terminal.
Bad:
1. Front desk. I asked about the swimming pool when it was before 9PM. Official closing time was 10PM and last entry was 9:30PM. Front desk staff told me the swimming pool entry has closed for the day even though it's not 9PM yet.
2. Only had housekeeping once even though I stayed for 4 nights. This was not explained during check in.

Everything was clean and the staff was so polite. They didn’t rush me out of the room. The photos match the actual room so I was happy about that. The pool and views were amazing. Thank you so much. Will come again. I also loved the location as it’s easy for travelers without cars. I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as I woke up late but hopefully next time 😊

The facilities were a lot better than imagined! It was holiday time so there were lots of people, which resulted in long wait time for the elevators.
