The advantage is that you can see Naksan Beach from the room.
It was great for a walk in the evening or morning
The downside is that the boiler seems weak in winter, so I called the front desk.
It got warmer.
It may be a bit inconvenient to eat because there are not enough utensils.
I think there is.
There is a chicken restaurant nearby and a small supermarket inside the condo.
It would be nice to go shopping in the evening.
We bought a bossam set and chicken near Yangyang Market and ate them.

The view from inside the hotel obscures other shortcomings.
The surroundings of the hotel are eerie and the rooms are not in the best condition.
The cleaning condition is not very neat either.

The resort is a bit old and not well maintained at all. It is very dirty. I really regret booking here. It would be better not to list such facilities in your reservation.

This is my second visit
The facilities were old, but there was nothing inconvenient for my family to stay there.
It was a remodeled accommodation.
The staff is very friendly and you can see the sea well.
The bedding was good and the bathroom was clean. Shampoo, rinse, and soap were provided, and the towels were in good condition.
The refrigerator/rice cooker was very usable.
The convenience store on the first floor has very few varieties.
There is a good walking trail right in front of the accommodation.
There are two 24-hour convenience stores and a cafe within a 10-minute walk, so I used them while walking.
Restaurants nearby are a 10-15 minute walk away.
