入住這家酒店徹底刷新了我的住宿體驗！從踏入大堂起，工作人員的熱情問候就讓人倍感親切。客房設計優雅現代，落地窗將城市夜景盡收眼底，床品柔軟得彷彿睡在雲端。衞浴設施智能貼心，連浴室水温都保持得恰到好處。特別點贊行政酒廊的精緻下午茶和24小時健身房，細節處盡顯品質。客房服務響應迅速，服務員發現我感冒後竟主動送來薑茶，這份用心令人感動。地理位置更是無敵，步行可達商圈。這次完美入住體驗，絕對值得五星推薦！

初到酒店是很滿意的，房間寬敞乾淨且臨湖，景色不錯！到晚上從外面用餐回來洗漱完畢躺上床，發觀悲劇了，一樓有大量排檔餐廳客人喧鬧聲聲入耳（見第一張圖）。最慘的是餐廳旁邊還有一個夜王KTV（圖2），裏面的音樂振耳欲聾，打電話到前台，説自己下單時特別備註了房間要安靜，要求換房，前台解釋説臨湖房間都吵，可以打電話給KTV小點聲，結果是到凌晨3點KTV才靜下來！一夜沒睡，心臟都振出毛病了！希望大家避雷！

無可挑剔整個入住過程愉快且放心，房間的佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，通風很到位。而且淡淡的香薰味，床單也很乾凈，沒有異味與污染，價格也實惠，十分具有性價比！推薦推薦！！！

酒店在湖邊，風景不錯，酒店服務整體很好。不過基礎設施比如馬桶按鈕和地板，都略顯老舊，希望能夠及時檢修。
