洗澡水忽冷忽熱、空調開最冷沒什麼效果還是很熱。 然後房間還有一條大蜈蚣在爬。我踩了好幾腳才踩死跟前台説 也沒任何歉意 當沒聽到。 服務極差。

酒店剛裝修完，很多細節都沒處理好，電梯裏面一股甲醛味，膠都滲透在外面；一大早保安敲門説看什麼壞了沒有，很是驚訝；退房後希望能給一瓶純凈水，前台説這是收費的（驚訝了）；以上這些真匹配不了一晚600-700多的房價；

新開的酒店，樓下寫着有健身房和小童樂園，但是整個酒店找遍了都沒有找到，周圍的環境還在裝修，整體來説價格偏貴，設施跟不上價格

定了兩間房，均價770。一間沒打掃就讓我們入住（見上一個評價），再來説説另外一間的情況。走進房間一股甲醛味道，玻璃破的，電插板沒來得及裝（看照片）。洗澡水很燙或者很涼，沒有過渡水温。問就是水壓不夠，理解一下。洗澡水下不去，問就是請客人自己努力沖一下。水漫出來了啊（看照片）！一個縣城，單價770+一晚獲得這種待遇，你良心會不會痛？早餐很難吃，沒幾樣選擇。解釋都是一句話，假期客人多，請您諒解。明知道客人多，就該提前做好計劃和人員安排，收房費的時候有考慮過標價能否匹配服務質量和客人的入住感受嗎？仙島湖國際温泉度假村，你一定要趕上五一這波紅利，就請對外開放前做好準備工作！停車場像是用石灰粉畫的線，也是可可愛愛了。退房當天下雨，問能不能延遲退房，一口回絕。體驗感很差，避雷警告！！

剛裝修好，周邊都是泥巴路，房間裝修味道很大，窗户設計的也不通風，吸了一晚上甲醛。洗澡水調不了，很燙。兩張床的房間衹有一床被子…早餐混亂…餐桌位置很少，完全容納不了這麼多人，清潔也做不過來，衹能説為了趕五一這波，沒有準備好就營業了…停車場也很破。整體體驗較差！還不如去旁邊的民宿。
