房間衞生紙都沒有……沒有牙刷之類的用具，沒有礦泉水，衹有毛巾和浴巾。隔音較差。
國慶期間衹能説是價格有點虛高，不值，不值。

這是我生平第一次給差評，確實是我住過的這麼多酒店中體驗感最差的一次。設施陳舊清潔衞生差不説，前台的服務員態度真的很差勁，漫不經心懶洋洋，衞生間鎖壞了很久也不修還不告知，害得人鎖在裏面出不來，還説我們怎麼搞的，好不容易弄開還叫我們上廁所不要關門，説兩口子怕什麼，這是解決問題的方式嗎？打前台電話居然説她在休息叫我扯着嗓門喊，人都不認識我喊鬼呀！上個房客走了的拖鞋、毛巾直接放回原處就行也不換洗，要求換個房間生冷的來句沒法換，明明還有空房間就不換，既不修鎖也不換房間，不是我們行程緊張怕耽誤時間，我真的想投訴了。

作為縣裡努力打造的旅遊景點，賓館完全不及格，直接拉低華陽旅遊區的綜合水平。前台推薦我們住4樓（無電梯）2樓明明有空房為什麼要我們多爬2層呢？不明白，入住後床單被子都沒有更換，更奇葩的是房間沒有提供礦泉水！這家賓館連偏遠山區農家樂的質量都當不了，大寫一個“服”字！

在網上搜到這家酒店，看評價不錯就預訂了，環境優美服務好，老闆熱情好客，服務周到，待人温和，而且酒店有一個專門的休閑區，可以喝茶聊天，有專門的停車場，而且就在華陽景區購票處隔壁，非常方便，買票之後，直接可以乘坐觀光車去景區。超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

房間很乾凈，老闆很熱情。我們一家四口，家庭房，很不錯。一大一小床，剛剛好。物價也不貴，比較親民，也沒有載客現象。整個景區很規範，沿路有很多工作人員。萌寵園我們兩個小孩能玩大半天，兩衹熊貓很可愛，胖乎乎的，很可愛。兩天行程，第一天帶孩子逛萌寵園，晚上縣城逛逛，第二天睡醒吃飯9點多繼續去龍吟景區，適合耍水，看景，耍到下午2點回家，一切剛剛好。很適合不急，帶孩子玩。

從黃柏塬到這家酒店2個小時的山路，當我們疲憊不堪的到達酒店，停車場居然滿了，老闆還怪我們來得太晚了，讓我們偷偷停到秦嶺大酒店裡，第二天去提車時不僅補交了停車費還被停車場管理員罵了一通。我們訂的是有窗的雙床間，但是給我們的是過道窗，衞生間裏沒有排風設施。床頭燈兩個都是壞的。房間裏各種小飛蟲，還有蚊子，但是沒有電蚊香，哎太晚了就不打擾老闆休息了。樓下就是遊客中心，一早已經人聲鼎沸，太吵了。
