一進大廳一股中葯味，酒店最基本的24小時熱水供應都沒有，大熱天的不能洗澡，説拿熱水壺燒幾壺熱水拿盆洗開玩笑嗎？這就是他們給解決問題的處理方式，更可惡的是要求我申請因行程變動主動要求退房，這就是酒店處理問題的態度。
