在平台上訂房也有好幾年了，第一次給差評，我知道國慶期間各個城市房間都緊張，所以選瞭如家在小縣城的連鎖店，我們晚上20點到店辦理入住，結果進房間一看衞生沒做，到處都是上個房客丟的垃圾，跟前台溝通説是服務員在吃飯，不知道什麼時間能收拾出來，沒有辦法才與平台客服反映，在客服的協調下酒店方到是很快將房間收拾了，配置就不恭維了，衞生間一用水（馬桶，淋浴房）就滿地淌水根本沒法下腳，本着對如家的信任選住的，結果失望之極，如家如此操作以後真不敢選他們的酒店.

房子很不滿意，達不到如家質量標準，衞生很差，被罩被單洗乾淨了，就是沒洪幹透徹，被芯很臟有明顯污垢，室內有蚊蟲，防護窗有蜘蛛網。最討厭的是房子有股無法消散的發黴的異味。總之，有十分明顯的被欺騙的感覺。

房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，環境也很不錯。服務人員熱情。周邊餐飲也很多，吃飯方便。離高鐵站兩公里出頭，出門就有公交站台。真是非常愉快的一次入住體驗

1.房間沒有標配的兩瓶礦泉水；2.房間熱水很小，沒法洗澡。3.吹風機打開熱風不到半分鐘就吹不出熱風了；4.房間衞生條件也很一般。5.唯一滿意的空調能夠達標。6.強烈建議如家集團派工作人員到這家店考察，不達標就摘牌。我是衝著如家的品牌在網上預訂的這家酒店結果入住體驗非常失望。

衞生一般般，捲紙沒法説，還沒抽紙，住店得自己帶紙，白天沒熱水，孩子洗澡凍的，自己員工都不知道有沒有熱水，不太理想
