酒店坐落在縣城中心位置，轉盤的東南角，有自己專門的大停車場（免費），周邊繁華，酒店內就有便利店，旁邊就有葯店、商店、飯店等非常便利。前台服務人員熱情禮貌的接待並告知晚上8點30有夜宵提供（湯圓、米線、銀耳湯），早餐也非常豐富（主食有米飯、米線、麪條、包子、饅頭還有米皮等；涼菜和熱菜種類全味道不錯；喝的有牛奶、豆漿、稀飯等）；餐後水果（沙糖桔、聖女果等）。問了服務人員洋縣晚上去哪裡最熱鬧，給予了熱情詳細的介紹（朱䴉廣場附近、最好開車前往。走路有點遠）；因為有孩子又問前台小姐姐要了一床被子，馬上就有客房服務人員送過來了；晚上我們逛了朱䴉廣場後驅車一個小時又去了古鎮（晚上9點以後店鋪都關門了，夜燈也不多了，沒人氣結合寒冷的天氣更是落得顫抖的冷，開車轉了一圈就回酒店了）回酒店的路上已經比較晚了11：00，所以給前台打電話詢問能否送些宵夜到房間，前台小姐姐詳細詢問我們需要幾份餐食做好登記並送至房間，11：30回到房間看到熱氣騰騰的湯圓、銀耳湯太感動了，必須點贊！）再説下房間內設施吧，設計佈局合理，設施非常齊全而且智能化高，有“小度”可以語音操控，一層一間的圓床房裝扮的浪漫又温馨；床墊軟硬始終，被褥舒適暖和，酒店還提供機器人送達等非常貼心的服務內容，給我一種非常專業酒店的質感體驗拉滿！非常推薦遊客、商務、情侶或者家庭出遊入住！

房間超大，設施完善，麻將桌都有，乾淨衞生，暖和，可加被子，四人都可以住下，小姐姐們很熱心，指路，拿傘，性價比特高。周邊早餐好吃便宜，敢相信7元錢3人吃了頓早餐嗎？我遇到了。雖然大雪封路，但住宿是個寬慰

以為是桔子水晶，但感覺不像。雖然攜程掛了四顆星，但感覺水分挺大。主要是設備老化了，房裡的枱燈落地燈都打不亮。毛巾、浴巾和地巾都是洞，向鑲了蕾絲邊，強烈建議換掉。早餐的牛奶淡淡的，沒法喝。就是邊上可以看到朱䴉，這點很不錯👍

朋友推薦的，酒店房間非常乾淨整潔，床也十分舒適，整體設計感滿滿，出行吃飯也很方便，走的時候買了不少特產帶着，呵呵，前台美女人美心善，反應迅速，有詳細的美食旅遊介紹，，還送了早餐券，很奶思，以後還會光臨洋縣水晶酒店，停車場也很大，竹葉青茶水很暖心……

非常滿意，前台姑娘們不但人美服務非常熱情，酒店領導培訓這些美女的服務意識很到位。房間全智能化，有小度開關空調開關燈，還聊天了。早餐品種很多，味道不錯。停車免費。值得推薦！
