小區裏面的公寓，停車位超級少，交了錢也不給進，外面找了一天停好了結果又被刮花，外面沒有監控，自能自認倒黴

看到評價都挺好的，以為不會踩雷。床上都是鋪着一次性的被套枕套，睡着很不舒服，仔細一看才發現裏面的枕芯被芯都是有發黴的，都沒有換洗過的，房間還有蟑螂，想想都噁心

二房一廳，滿足了家庭遊，可以使用廚具，自己買海鮮回來煮。房間衞生挺好的，沒有異味，乾爽通風。店主提供一次性浴巾、面巾，這是讓我覺得非常滿意的一點！有需求直接微信店主，都會盡快解決！出小區門口走2、3分鐘就到沙灘售票處了，還是比較方便的！總體的體驗感不錯。

優點：房間面向東海灘，景觀很好，旺季這個價格很划算了。房內各種設備設施十分齊全且很新，裝飾精緻，衞生整潔，床非常寬大也比較舒服並且全部使用一次性無紡布罩套，連毛巾等也是一次性用品，衞生工作考慮很周到，店主也是有求必應，服務態度可以。
不足：公寓樓所在的區域基建未完成，外面道路和環境衞生相對景區西面那邊差，小區衹有地面停車位且旺季車位嚴重不足，小區道路又窄旺季也塞滿車，個別房間下水道不太暢通也有異味。
最後，房間總體很好，性價比很高，但旺季人真的太多了，就算有三部電梯也要排隊等
