這酒店有停車場可泊車，但房間黴味很重，洗手間十分差沐浴室地上瓦是鬆的有點危險而且浴室水漬很厲害玻璃門都是水漬洗手盆水龍頭都是滿沖水漬，而且毛巾還有洞，電視開不到已通知職員但她沒有理會只說6樓比較收得差跟本不能接受連換房都沒有，跟本不想跟我們跟進，前台職只告訴寫洗衣房在十樓，當我上到十樓洗衣房，直頭令本人覺得可怕跟本沒有洗衣機只有破爛環境真係好不滿意，日後不會再次入住。一點都不值這價錢。

距離西湖不遠，大概1公里左右酒店環境有些耐人尋味網上拍的圖片感覺很新，但事實不如應該是有刷過漆。味道特別受不了，氣味真的非常難受沒有任何一句謊言。對服務人員倒沒有什麼太多的意見，就是房間氣味太難受了。希望店家改善一下這些環境。
