星際海灣酒店，距鎮上、沙灘、北額嶺位置比較好。沒有鎮上吵鬧聲、海浪聲，比較幽靜的。海景房，環境衞生適中～能看到摩天輪！對比七八年前節假日沙扒，今年端午節是舒服很多

酒店房間乾淨整潔，床鋪被褥都很舒適，陽台上就能看見外面的海景和摩天輪，走到海邊有逛有吃的地方才3分鐘就到，酒店門口上去就是上山頂的路超便利。那天我們退房上去到山頂後才發現自己耳環不見了，於是致電到酒店前台詢問，前台接待員非常有責任的馬上處理，讓清潔阿姨暫停房間打掃，帶班人員和清潔阿姨們都很有耐心的幫我們找，甚至不怕辛苦的翻找垃圾桶，最後丟失的耳環終於在垃圾堆內被找到了。真的是太感謝她們了。感謝當天幫忙的清潔阿姨和帶班姐姐人員和前台小姐姐。是她們熱情又認真負責的態度幫助到了我們。讓我們覺得酒店如家般的感覺。下次我們再來一定還會再次選擇這裏。再次感謝陽西沙扒星際酒店。

酒店位置堪稱絕佳，就在美麗的沙扒灣畔，從房間的窗户望出去，湛藍的大海和金色的沙灘盡收眼底，讓人心情瞬間愉悦。
酒店的房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨舒適，床品柔軟，讓人一夜好眠。房間的清潔工作也做得非常到位，一塵不染，讓人感到格外舒心。
服務更是無可挑剔。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，工作人員就熱情友好，總是微笑着迎接每一位客人，讓人如沐春風。在入住期間，無論有什麼需求，他們都能迅速且貼心地解決。
餐飲方面也表現出色。酒店的餐廳提供了豐富多樣的美食選擇，既有當地的特色海鮮，也有各種精緻的菜餚。食材新鮮，味道鮮美，讓人回味無窮。

酒店位置距離沙扒灣沙灘較近，停車方便，海景房能看到沙扒灣美景，旺中帶靜，不會太吵影響休息，房間環境不錯，就燈光暗了點，露台能增加一張小台就更好了。

房間很好！每年都來一次沙扒灣玩，都是選擇住這裏，有賓至如歸的感覺！前台小姐姐笑容甜美，服務也很好哦！給送多一份早餐，還特意準備了一份貼心的小禮品是陽西特產，貼心～必須好評！

訂的豪華海景房，一共訂了4間房，單價差不多400塊的房間，衞生條件極差，房間潮濕的不行，床單又臭又濕又臟，根本睡不着，躺在床上全身都是癢的，晚上很吵，走廊到處都是鏡子，燈光幽暗，整個走廊都充斥着詭異的氣氛，而且根本看不清，小孩看着鏡子的折射以為是門口一個勁的往鏡子走，撞的流鼻血（當時急着給孩子處理傷口，沒拍下照片），事後跟酒店反饋情況，前台的一位女員工愛理不理，態度極差，説就是這樣的，根本不想理，總之就是臟！臭！差！
