星際房間舒適乾淨，每年都必須到一次沙扒必選的酒店，每次來都有賓至如歸的感覺，前台小姐姐服務周到，選的是海景房，小孩子入住很開心，可以看到整個沙扒灣海畔，海景房非常推薦入住的一款酒店！把車一停酒店門口，去哪裡逛都方便，去北額領也很靠近，在酒店的半山位置。簡直就是寶藏位置優越的酒店！早上陽台還看到了朝霞和彩虹神奇的景象，真心給予好評，令我假期愉快👍👍👍👍

衞生：可能是靠近海邊的緣故吧，比較多的地方有黴味；洗手間的私隱遮陽簾臟的離譜，太難看了。
設施：另外，洗手間有一個非常不方便的，就是花灑的角度高度是固定的，沒有辦法調節，帶着小孩子進行洗澡的時候非常不方便；
服務：早餐的種類比較少，現場沒有什麼人員特別管理，很多東西打開了，沒有人去把蓋子關起來，本來想去喝粥的，結果粥裏面的掉了一些明顯的蚊蟲😂
有一點還是比較感謝的，就是入住的晚上房間飛進來一支很大的馬蜂，然後前台通知保安和相關的人員及時幫忙處理了一下；，感謝🙏

這是近7年來第四次入住星際，本次體驗很差。訂兩天一晚的山景房，花灑已經破爛不堪，住店第二天想多要兩空礦泉水被告知要收費，很沒有誠意且不人性化。房間送兩人自助早餐，衹有炒麪、水煮蛋、蒸玉米、三種蒸麪包、一種青菜、豆漿可以選擇，加一人收費18元，不划算，服務沒誠意，勸退。

進了房間幾分鐘先後發現枕頭床單被套有污漬，床上還有吃物殘渣……叫服務員來處理，服務員一來就大聲説“這污漬是你們吃東西弄上去的”然後嗶哩嗶哩的一頓在説不可能是她們的問題…………這樣的態度大家能忍受嗎？嚴重影響大家的心情……
