The room is large, clean and tidy, meeting expectations, and it’s just a few minutes walk away from the beach. It’s very convenient to just wear a bathing suit and wrap a towel in the hotel.

寫下這條評論，是希望大家不要像我這樣被騙。希望大家下單之前能看看這條評論。上一張我訂酒店的記錄，我一般不會點評，特別是差評，因為會影響酒店的生意。但這家，我必須差評，因為實在太噁心，從來沒見過這麼差的酒店。
設施：號稱酒店，實為工地，我不知道這酒店2個字怎麼來的。這酒店沒有前台的，所謂的前台，就在一個便利店裡派房間的密碼。這酒店沒掛牌沒標識，如果沒有人指引，根本找不到，純粹是黑店。房間都是在公寓裏面，也沒有酒店的標識，鋪個床單，其他什麼都沒有了。沒店面沒大堂，上去房間的電梯和走廊全是灰塵，很臟很臟。所謂離海邊近，其實很遠。
衞生：極其差極其噁心，比公共廁所還要差勁！開門就是一股馬桶味撲鼻而來。床單房間全是灰塵，臟兮兮的。衞生間我都不敢進去。大家可以參考樓上差評，很真實的點評。
環境：我從來沒見過如此臟亂差的酒店。而且沒有管理和服務可言。與圖片嚴重不符。
服務：店家是個黑心的商家，而且是個狠人。有一單吃一單，死豬不怕開水燙的那種。進坑了別想着能出來。希望大家好好擦亮眼睛，不要上當受騙。

整體環境比較新，配套也比較全面，有冰箱簡易洗衣機，海景景觀能看到一半，床墊比較舒服，所以比相同裝修的另一家貴五十左右一晚。一開始入住的29樓，空調有滴水聲，管理小哥查看後，給換了一間房，在另一棟24樓，不過這個房廁所太臭了，打開一會，整個房間都瀰漫著異味，打開前後門對流才散去。廁所水壓不夠大是這一片樓的通病，清潔除臭搞得好一些，就相對好一點。

衞生狀況不錯，設施比較新，29樓非常通風，採光好，比較舒適，陽台可以直接看到海，早晨可以在房間看到日出。樓下停車場15元/天，但車位有限。附近餐飲店不多，國慶假期晚上叫個外賣一個多小時都送不過來。距離海邊步行約七八分鐘，海灘要收費，40元/人，海水比較乾淨，但沙質一般，比較粗。
